Leading through intentional change

I have known Mr Sanjay Kondas over a period of close to twenty years, as a trainer in the Round Table fraternity, a fellow member of the EO and as an Industry resource sought after for advice by the Firebird Institute.

Sanjay' s story is of Grit and determination as a first Gen Entrepreneur, buliding a company in a then evolving segment. In that time he also engaged in his passion for training. I have known him to be a person of enormous energy and deep value principles,infusing all he touches with a positive enthusiasm!!! Wishing him all growth and success forever!!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Sanjay personally and professionally over the last two decades and have seen him evolve from a small entrepreneur from a small town to becoming an entrepreneur of scale with determination , laser sharp focus , a clear vision and a desire to excel which is the reason for his amazing growth . His humility and his ability to connect with people and nurture relationships is something that I truly admire .
