5) is the incentives for them & myself, aligning with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs
6) is the culture right in the organization
7) is clarity being consistently given, while there are conflicts & issues
8) is your Plan of action, Adhered to
9) is it being monitored
10 ) are we resilient & adapt to change, if required
11) is it being Audited for quality & effectiveness
12) Evaluate the results with the set objective & reiterate if required
