Consistency has enormous power in life. How many of our good habits are repeated every day? Doing that for 1 day has no advantage and if the good thing will compound then one can win. Drinking will not be an issue for a maximum of 2 days but drinking can be an issue if that will be done regularly. We are high on energy, please be conscious of what you do and let that be high on energy activity. If activities are high on energy activity embrace them and do them but if low on energy stop them.
Which thing will give everyone high energy?
